2. How does it work?
- You choose a package.
- We create a personalised memorial page for your loved one.
- You upload photos, stories, and obituary details.
- We generate and send you a stainless steel QR plaque/card.
- Anyone can scan the QR code to view the memorial.
3. How do I send my photos?
Once you have placed your order, we will mail you with a link to upload your photos. The max number of photos to upload will depend on the specific package you purchased.
4. Who can access the memorial page?
You choose:
- Public (anyone can view), or
- Private (password-protected or invitation-only).
Your privacy settings can be changed at any time.
5. Can I update the memorial page later?
Yes. You can request an update or change to images on personal information at any time.
6. What happens if the QR code wears out or gets damaged?
Our plaques are made from durable stainless steel designed to withstand all elements.
7. How long will the memorial page stay online?
Depending on your selected package, anything from 6 months to 10 years – with an option to extend at the end of 10 years.
8. Is my loved one’s information safe?
Yes. We follow POPIA compliance and ensure all data is securely stored. You control what information is shown and to whom.
9. Do I need permission to upload photos or videos of people?
If the content includes other people, we recommend using our consent form to get their permission. This protects you and ensures POPIA compliance.
10. What happens if I want to delete the memorial page?
We can delete the page at your request, and all data will be permanently removed from our system. No Refunds will be applicable.

All plaques are pre made and ordered in bulk from our supplier. We offer one size,:
